Устанавливая и используя приложение Toobie, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями.
Toobie сохраняет ссылки на видео и другой контент в папки, позволяет добавлять личные заметки и напоминания. Мы храним ссылку, её общедоступные метаданные и ваши заметки — сам контент по ссылке мы не размещаем.
Использование возможно анонимно или со входом через Google. Вы отвечаете за законность сохраняемого контента и содержание заметок.
Нельзя использовать приложение для нарушения законов и прав третьих лиц, сохранения запрещённого контента или попыток нарушить работу сервиса.
Ссылки ведут на сторонние ресурсы, которые мы не контролируем и за которые не отвечаем. Товарные знаки принадлежат их владельцам; Toobie не связан с ними.
Права на приложение (код, дизайн, название «Toobie») принадлежат разработчику. Ваши заметки и коллекции остаются вашими.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». В максимально допустимой законом степени мы не отвечаем за косвенные убытки или утрату данных. Не храните критически важные данные в единственной копии.

By installing and using the Toobie app you agree to these Terms.
Toobie saves links to videos and other content into folders and lets you add private notes and reminders. We store the link, its public metadata and your notes — we do not host the linked content itself.
You can use the app anonymously or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the legality of the content you save and the content of your notes.
Do not use the app to break laws or others' rights, to save prohibited content, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
Links point to third-party resources that we do not control and are not responsible for. Trademarks belong to their owners; Toobie is not affiliated with them.
Rights to the app (code, design, the name "Toobie") belong to the developer. Your notes and collections remain yours.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Do not keep critical data as your only copy.

Toobie guarda enlaces a vídeos y otro contenido en carpetas y permite añadir notas privadas y recordatorios. Guardamos el enlace, sus metadatos públicos y tus notas — no alojamos el contenido enlazado.
Puedes usar la app de forma anónima o iniciando sesión con Google. Eres responsable de la legalidad del contenido que guardas y del contenido de tus notas.
No uses la app para infringir leyes o derechos de terceros, guardar contenido prohibido o intentar interrumpir el servicio.
Los enlaces llevan a recursos de terceros que no controlamos y de los que no somos responsables. Las marcas pertenecen a sus dueños; Toobie no está afiliada a ellos.
Los derechos sobre la app (código, diseño, el nombre «Toobie») pertenecen a la desarrolladora. Tus notas y colecciones siguen siendo tuyas.
La app se ofrece «tal cual». En la máxima medida permitida por la ley no somos responsables de daños indirectos o pérdida de datos. No guardes datos críticos como copia única.
